StarsRate does not facilitate two-way communication between guests and restaurant owners. Guest input is collected privately and forwarded to the owner’s email address as submitted during setup.5. Responsibilities
Restaurant owners are responsible for:Displaying their QR code in an appropriate manner.Ensuring compliance with local advertising, privacy, and consumer protection laws.Managing their own TripAdvisor account and listings.6. Liability
